    Cyngerdd Ser y Steddfod

I've been missing seeing the boys so much I thought I'd have a look at the Eisteddfod concert from last year. It was great to see them again!

Please, please, PLEASE boys, can we have a video/dvd for the UK market? It is sure to be a best seller. Yes

I'm sure you're right, I'd buy it anyway!  Reading this post sent me off to youtube to watch the Eisteddfod videos, greatly appreciated.  Then I ended up watching the one of Bryn Terfel and Shan Cothi with Tiger Tailz doing the charity recording of 'I believe'.  Well I had watched it before but this time I noticed that some of the people going past in the background were OMA members, blink and you missed them. I had to keep pressing pause to be sure.  I can't find any reference to it on this site, does anyone know if the whole group was involved or just a few of them, and is it still possible to buy/download this from anywhere as I can't find it?

Hiya, I bought the track ages ago from ITunes, and i've just checked and you can still get it, and you can still buy the video version of it as well. If you search for 'I Believe Bryn', then the different options pop up. The video is fabulous, especially as you can pause it and see "our boys"!!

The charity video of I believe featured backing vocals sung by Tim's mixed voiced choir "serendipity" of which the OMA boys form the male voice sections

The single "I Believe" was recorded in 2008 by Shan, Bryn and Serendipity in aid of Amser Justin Time which is the charity Shan set up in memory of her late husband Justin Smith who was one of Tiger Tailz. I Believe was originally recorded by them and that fact and the lyrics made it the perfect choice for the charity single. It is still available to download from i-Tunes for 79p. Bargain!

Thanks so much for that info I have it now - I did know about the Serendipity choir but never thought of that.  I've been having a look at their CD.

I forgot of course, to say that the proceeds from the sale of the single go to Amser Justin Time which is doing wonderful work helping those with pancreatic cancer and has already provided one specialist nurse.

    Hallo all!

As a newcomer to the Forum, I'm still playing around reading all the different posts.  Just read this one asking for a dvd of the boys - I second that wholeheartedly!!!  Should we start a campaign?!

    Yours hopefully!!

     Hi OMA groupie

there is an ongoing campaign re DVD, ie we raise it with Sir Tim whenever we see him. He is very aware we would like one and hopefully the US TV special will become one in the not too distant future.

There will be a dvd here and I suspect it will be a version of the one which was shot for the US tv, however, I have no idea when it will be released in the UK. If you have a multi-region dvd player of course, you can purchase the US one when it becomes available next month and have it shipped over here - might be a tad expenive though unless Play sell it.

     Hallo all!

It's sounding hopeful re a dvd - count me in as far as the campaign is concerned.

Just had another yummy thought - how about a calendar of the boys?!

Tickets for Llangollen arrived yesterday - yippee!!!

Hope you're all having a nice weekend.

    xx
